Amwal enables QIB cardholders to use the card to complete payments for purchases when shopping  online as a secure payment method thanks to the 3D Secure service  (or what is known as the 3D protection service), through which a one-time password is sent by SMS to the mobile phone when making each payment, as Amwal supports the latest version of the secure online shopping service.




Payment with QR codes:
Which is one of the modern payment methods that enables the customer to scan the QR code and complete the payment process on point of sale (POS) devices or mobile phone applications that support this feature, as it can be through a secured and encrypted closed loop within Iraq or through an open loop by defining this feature with international card companies (Visa and MasterCard).




SMS Notification Services:
Amwal Company offers  the SMS alerts portal feature that enables the cardholder customer  or his family members who have supplementary cards to receive instant SMS messages for all financial or non-financial transactions  that take place on their cards, whether inside Iraq or when traveling.
